Frenchman Bacary Sagna has been proved right with his comments on Brazilian star Gabriel Jesus following his move to Arsenal this summer. The Brazil international left Premier League holders Manchester City to sign for the Gunners in a £45m deal last month and he has already made a big impression in the colours of his new team.
Bacary Sagna and the afore mentioned Jesus were teammates at Manchester City. The ex-Arsenal right-back talked about Jesus in an exclusive interview with Lord Ping last month as he said that the attacker can lead Arsenal to challenge for the Premier League title in a few seasons. Based on the few games that Jesus has played in an Arsenal shirt, Bacary Sagna is right. Jesus has started his Arsenal career with two goals and two assists in two Premier League games.
